Our coordinator will be able to undertake the responsibilities of making sure your vision is flawlessly performed on your wedding day. Reducing your stress is essential to us, so that you may cherish the events as the day unfolds. Our beautiful bridal suite is the perfect setting for you and your bridesmaids to relax, while we take care of the day of preparations and last minute details. Our priority will be to make your wedding day the unforgettable event of a lifetime for you and your family.

- Complimentary one hour personal meeting with the bride and groom to discuss wedding day details of the ceremony and reception.
- Private e-mail communication with your coordinator during the month leading up to your wedding.
- Trusted and distinguished vendor referrals.
- Create a ceremony and wedding day time line customized to your desires and expectations.
- Perform the ceremony rehearsal with bridal party and family at The Antheia Ballroom.
- Review the details of your wedding day time line with bridal party and family at the ceremony rehearsal.
- Will be on site from the beginning to the end of your rental time at The Antheia Ballroom.
- Set up of all decorative pieces provided by the client.
- Delivery and placement of personal touches including but not limited to: favors, programs, toasting flutes, cake utensils, guest card box and book, place cards, table numbers, etc.
- Distribute wedding day time line to all vendors and bridal party on event day to ensure your wedding day unfolds as planned and everyone knows their respective roles.
- Greet bridal party and family on wedding day to pin all corsages and boutonnieres, as well as distribute floral bouquets.
- Will be the “Point of Contact” for all vendors, bridal party and guests for day of event.
- Make sure all members of the bridal party are looking picture perfect.
- Provide access to the on site Antheia Ballroom Bridal Emergency Kit.
- Orchestrate the flow of your processional, ceremony and recessional on the wedding day.
- Coordinate special events of the reception: receiving line, grand entrance, dinner, toasts, dances, cake cutting, bouquet & garter toss, grand exit, etc.
- Troubleshoot with vendors if any unforeseen problems arise.
- Delegate clean-up with venue, vendors and helpers.
- Last person to leave ensuring all final details have been taken care of.
- Execute any and all other necessary arrangements to fulfill your wedding day vision, making your day one of the most memorable and exciting moments in your life.
