Arrangements can be made at the 30 day 30 minute meeting for the client to set up the night/week before if there is no event scheduled.

ANTHEIA BALLROOM BAR SERVICE - $400

(Includes: alcohol server(s), wine glasses, standard beverage glasses, toasting flutes, punch bowl and ladle, coffee urns, coffee mugs, regular and decaf coffee, cream, sugars, 2 water pitchers, acrylic non-alcoholic cups, ice bucket and scoop, containers for keg(s), setup and breakdown of alcohol service)*see alcohol policy rules below

*BAR SERVICE & ALCOHOL POLICY

If you decide to serve alcohol at your event, the following is required:

The client must purchase the Antheia Ballroom's Bar Service at $400.
The only alcoholic beverages the Antheia Ballroom allows to be served at the designated bar area and consumed on the Antheia Ballroom's property are beer (in kegs), wine and champagne to adults of 21 years of age or older. There is a 2 keg max per event.
A valid Washington State Liquor Control Board Banquet Permit must be purchased from any Washington State Liquor Store for $10. If you shall decide to reserve your event at The Antheia Ballroom, proof of the above requirements must be provided at the final meeting at least 30 days prior to your event.
Insurance: The Antheia Ballroom does not require insurance, although it is strongly

recommended, especially if alcohol will be served at the event. We suggest WedSafe's Event-

Liability Insurance with Host Liquor Liability. This insurance can be purchased through

www.wedsafe.com.

The client assumes all responsibility and liability for any alcoholic beverages consumed at the Antheia Ballroom the day of your event.
The Antheia Ballroom staff reserves the right by law to refuse or cease alcoholic beverage service to any guests deemed to be intoxicated. All guests will be subject to showing legal identification of age.

*If you have reserved your event prior to June 17th, 2009, please refer to the Alcohol and Insurance Policy in your contract as these rules and regulations differ.

BRIDAL SUITE AND/ OR GROOM'S SUITE - $150.00 EACH

(Included in 6+ hour Wedding & Event Rental)
